Terms and Conditions (T&C)

§ 1 Scope and Provider (1) These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders you place in the BELVANO online shop. (2) The range of goods in our online shop is exclusively for buyers who have reached the age of 18.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract (1) The product presentations in the online shop serve as an offer to purchase. By clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" button, you submit a binding purchase offer. (2) We can accept your order by sending a separate order confirmation via e-mail or by delivering the goods.

§ 3 Prices and Shipping Costs The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value-added tax and other price components. In addition to the stated prices, we charge shipping costs for delivery, which will be clearly communicated to you during the order process.

§ 4 Payment Terms; Default (1) Payment can be made optionally by credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other payment methods offered at checkout. (2) The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

§ 5 Retention of Title The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

§ 6 Warranty Unless expressly agreed otherwise, your warranty claims are governed by the statutory provisions of sales law (Sections 433 et seq. of the German Civil Code (BGB)).
