At Belvano Milan, every piece is crafted to order — made especially for you. Here's everything you need to know about how we handle your shipment.


Production & Delivery Times

Because each item is made on demand, your order goes through two stages before it reaches you:

Stage Timeframe
Production 2–5 business days
Shipping 3–5 business days
Total estimated delivery 5–10 business days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.


Where We Ship

We currently ship to all countries within Europe, including but not limited to:

Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Poland, and more.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Free shipping promotions, when available, will be clearly displayed on the website.


Order Processing

Orders are submitted to production within 24 hours of being placed. Once your order enters production, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

If you haven't received your tracking email within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@belvanomilan.com.


Delays

While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delivery times may occasionally be affected by:

  • High demand periods (holidays, sale events)
  • Carrier delays outside our control
  • Customs clearance for certain destinations

If your order is significantly delayed, please don't hesitate to reach out — we're here to help.


Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

To process a claim, please send us:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged item (if applicable)
  • Your delivery address
