Care Instructions

To keep your Belvano Milan pieces looking their best for years to come, please follow the care guidelines below.

General Guidelines

Each product includes a care label with specific instructions. Always check the label before washing or ironing.

As a general rule, we recommend:

• Wash at 30°C or lower to preserve colour and fabric quality
• Turn garments inside out before washing to reduce fading and friction
• Use a gentle or delicate cycle for most items
• Avoid tumble drying where possible — air drying extends the life of the garment
• Do not bleach unless specifically stated on the label
• Iron on low heat, and avoid ironing directly over prints or embellishments

By Fabric Type

Cotton Machine wash at 30°C. Tumble dry on low or air dry. Iron on medium heat if needed.

Knit & Knitwear Hand wash or use a delicate machine cycle. Lay flat to dry to maintain shape. Do not hang — this can cause stretching.

Blended Fabrics Follow the care instructions for the most delicate fibre in the blend.

Printed Garments

For items with graphic prints:

• Always wash inside out
• Avoid high heat washing and drying
• Do not iron directly on the print

Following these instructions will keep the print vibrant and intact for longer.

Storage Tips

• Fold knitted items rather than hanging them
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
• Use breathable garment bags for longer-term storage
