Return Policy
At Belvano Milan, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to make it right.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at belvanomilan@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (required for damaged or incorrect items)
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we will cover all return shipping costs in full.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your return. Belvano Milan is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome within 2 business days.
If your return is approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Exchanges
We are happy to assist with exchanges, subject to product availability. Please contact us at belvanomilan@gmail.com and our team will do their best to accommodate your request.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
Your Consumer Rights
If you are located in the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer law. This means you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. The above 30-day return window is an extension of this right, offered as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction.
